Grilles - Robust NEW 

NEW PRODUCT - LAUNCH IN 2026

The Robust rigid cover grille is designed for all types of trench heaters up to a width of 320 mm. For lengths over 1 900 mm, the grille is supplied in segments. Thanks to its rigid construction and
punched openings, it features high load capacity and safe operation. The Robust grille is available in two material variants:
• AISI 304 stainless steel suitable for more demanding operating conditions
• steel with the option of powder coating according to the RAL colour chart; this variant has slightly lower load capacity and is intended exclusively for dry environments

Both variants represent a practical solution for environments with increased requirements for mechanical strength and safe operation, e.g. in public buildings and commercial spaces.

Thanks to its rigid construction and punched openings, it offers a high load-bearing capacity and ensures safe use.

The Robust grille is available in two material options:

• AISI 304 stainless steel, suitable for more demanding environments
• steel with the option of RAL colour coating; this version has a slightly lower load-bearing capacity and is intended for dry environments only

Load bearing capacity

In load-bearing capacity testing, grille slats are placed on two supports and weighed down in the center.
For wooden slats, values are given up to the fracture point of the first fibre. Metal slats are measured up to the point of irreversible deflection.

Decorative frames are available as standard in aluminium with silver, dark bronze or light bronze elox finishes. Frames may also be lacquered (powder coated) using colours from the RAL colour chart. Frames are in every case supplied as a component of trench heaters, and the type required must be specified when ordering in the Order Code. Where trench heaters are finished with a hem, the hem is of the same material as the casing.
