We are now operating under the brand name LICON. By taking over the Likov Liberec factory, we are successfully following on a 40-year tradition of manufacturing convectors.
In early 2009, the Company moved to a new modern factory in the industrial zone Sever in Liberec. Presently, the manufacturing facility has 2,400 m2 of production area and 1,000 m2 of storage area. The new premises are not only perfectly designed for the manufacture of high quality, modern and functional convectors, but also duly represent the Company with their modern design, internal layout and good accessibility. Thanks to this, we have all the necessary requisites for further development and Company growth.
LICON convectors are manufactured using the latest manufacturing technologies. Most manufacturing operations are performed on CNC machines.
On the 1st of March 2024, the merger of ThermWet s.r.o. into LICON HEAT s.r.o. will take place
ThermWet s.r.o. is a Czech company within the KORADO group, specializing in the production of ventilation and heat recovery units with a fifteen-year tradition. The company boasts its own R&D and production, delivering high-quality products featuring premium components.
The goal of this merger is to ensure the future development of sales of heat recovery units and capitalize on the current interest in controlled ventilation in households. Together, we aim to build a strong, customer-oriented company that delivers energy-efficient products. These products not only promote sustainability but also help you reduce operational costs.
Effective March 1, 2024, Company LICON HEAT s.r.o. will transition to a new identity as LICON s.r.o. This change reflects our deepening involvement and expanding presence in the air ventilation systems and technologies market.
Surface finishes are applied using a powder coating epoxy – polyester lacquer on an eco-friendly line. The technological standard of production is a priority, as the quality of products. In 2009 we invested almost 10 million CZK in the modernisation of our machinery.
The LICON Company now presents itself as a consolidated company with advanced production technology and progressive business policy supported by a quality management system ISO 9001:2008.
LICON convectors are sold in more than 25 countries in Europe and Asia, with more than half of total sales attributed to exports.
